Supplying Construction Materials - Two-year Contract

ACTED is pleased to invite your company to submit a quotation for the supply of Construction Materials as part of an upcoming procurement process. ACTED intends to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for a period of two (2) years with the selected supplier.
Interested bidders are kindly requested to submit their most competitive offer using the attached quotation form. Please ensure that the form is duly filled, signed, stamped, and submitted in high-resolution format to facilitate the evaluation process.

Application Conditions:

1. This tender is divided into five (5) Lots. Each Lot includes two delivery locations: King Talal Dam and Zaatari Camp, except for Lot 1, which has one delivery location (King Talal Dam only).

2. Bidders may submit offers for one Lot, multiple Lots, or all Lots.

3. Bidders must provide prices for all items within the Lot they choose to quote. For example, for Lot 3 (Rocks & Sand), bidders must indicate prices for both delivery locations; otherwise, the offer will be deemed non-compliant.

4. Each Lot may result in a separate contract; quantities indicated per Lot cannot be split.

5. If a bidder is awarded multiple Lots, ACTED may combine them into a single contract.

6. All prices must include loading, unloading, and transportation to both delivery locations as specified in each Lot.

7. Quantities are estimates and may increase or decrease depending on actual project needs.

8. ACTED is under no obligation to award the tender and reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage without liability, upon notice to bidders or publication of a cancellation notice.


Required Supporting Documents:

• Valid company registration certificate.
• Identification of the legal representative.
• Completed and signed ACTED BEST documents (Supplier’s Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, Statement of Integrity, and Bidder Questionnaire).

The deadline for submission of offers is Thursday, 11 December 2025, at 15:00 (local time).

توريد مواد البناء - عقد لمدة عامين

يسرّ منظمة أكتد (ACTED) أن تدعو شركتكم لتقديم عرض سعر لتوريد مواد البناء كجزء من عملية المناقصة المقبلة. تعتزم أكتد إبرام اتفاقية طويلة الأمد (LTA) لمدة عامين (2) مع المورّد الذي سيتم اختياره.
يُرجى من المورّدين المهتمين تقديم أفضل عروضهم باستخدام نموذج عرض السعر المرفق، مع التأكد من تعبئته بشكل كامل، وتوقيعه، وختمه، وإرساله بدقة عالية لضمان سهولة عملية التقييم.

شروط التقديم:
1. تم تقسيم هذه المناقصة إلى خمسة (5) لواحات. كل لائحة تشمل موقعين للتسليم: سد الملك طلال ومخيم الزعتري، باستثناء اللائحة رقم (1) التي تشمل موقع تسليم واحد فقط وهو سد الملك طلال.
2. يحق للمورّدين تقديم عروضهم للائحة واحدة أو عدة لوائح أو لجميع اللوائح.
3. يجب على المورّدين تقديم أسعار لجميع البنود ضمن اللائحة التي يختارون التقدم لها. على سبيل المثال، في اللائحة رقم (3) الخاصة بالصخور والرمل، يجب على المورّد إدخال الأسعار لكلتا منطقتي التسليم، وإلا سيُعتبر العرض غير ممتثل.
4. قد ينتج عن كل لائحة عقد منفصل، ولا يمكن تقسيم الكميات المذكورة لكل لائحة.
5. إذا تمت ترسية أكثر من لائحة على نفس المورّد، قد تقوم أكتد بدمجها في عقد واحد.
6. يجب أن تشمل جميع الأسعار التحميل والتنزيل والنقل إلى موقعي التسليم المذكورين لكل لائحة.
7. الكميات المذكورة تقديرية، وقد تزداد أو تنخفض حسب الاحتياجات الفعلية للمشاريع.
8. لا تُلزم أكتد نفسها بترسية هذه المناقصة على أي طرف، وتحتفظ بحق إلغاء عملية الشراء في أي مرحلة دون أي مسؤولية، وذلك من خلال إشعار للمورّدين أو نشر إشعار بالإلغاء على الموقع.

الوثائق المطلوبة:
• نسخة من شهادة تسجيل الشركة سارية المفعول.
• نسخة من هوية الممثل القانوني للشركة.
• وثائق ACTED BEST المعبّأة والموقّعة (إقرار المورد الأخلاقي، الشروط العامة للشراء، بيان النزاهة، واستبيان المورّد)، والمرفقة للرجوع إليها.

إن الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض هو الخميس، 11 كانون الأول 2025، الساعة 15:00 (التوقيت المحلي).
